Its multithread architecture allows one to manage several parallel flows by entrusting an external unit with the real time management of interfacing signals with the field. This allows SimeM@tic to control the batching routines completely without modifying the complex logic of a PLC. The system was designed to be installed on remote computers located on different offices inside the same company network in order to meet all the customers’ needs. This characteristic allows SimeM@tic to have complete control via the Web in the event of remote assistance support.

The data structure of the system based on the MSSQL Server allows one, through easy SQL queries, to import or export data for the use of ERP company systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc). Its ease of configuration and versatility allows it to also support plants with several load points.
